Good question! We open at 11 am, the last entry is at 8 pm and we close by 9 pm.

Yes! We provide our dear patrons with clean, sterilised snow wear for the duration of the session. There is no extra charge for this gear, and it is returnable. For infants below 90 cm height, the returnable snow gear is chargeable at the rate of Rs. 150 per session. The snow gear includes socks, shoes, jerkins and gloves - your safety and comfort is important to us.

So! Every session is 1 hour long, with 45 minutes to enjoy the area, while the first 15 minutes must be spent in the airlock room to help your body adapt to the sub-zero temperatures!

No! We don’t charge anything extra for any of the rides in Snow Kingdom. However, professional cameras, including DSLRs and digital cameras, require a separate ticket at the rate of Rs. 250 per camera. Smartphones can be taken into the snow area at your own risk, at no extra charge. Meanwhile, if you wish to sign up for a professional photo shoot, we offer services at Rs. 15,000 per hour.

No! Snow Kingdom is its own enterprise, with a separate entry, ticket counter and parking space.

We recommend two year of age as the minimum, for children at the park.
